Flight β Only Realistic Option
There's no train or bridge to Jeju. Flights from Gimpo (Seoul) take ~1 hour. Flights from Incheon take ~1h 10min. Check Korean Air, Asiana, Jeju Air, T'way, Jin Air for cheap fares. Book early β Jeju route is one of the world's busiest.
Ferry (Slow but Scenic)
Mokpo β Jeju: ~5 hours by high-speed ferry. Wando β Jeju: ~2.5 hours. Popular with cyclists and those bringing cars. Book via Korean Ferry app.

Transport Options
- Rental Car β Best option: Jeju's public transport is limited. Renting a car gives full freedom. International driving permit required. Book in advance.
- Scooter/E-bike rental: Good for coastal roads and Olle Trails. Available in Jeju City and Seogwipo.
- Bus: Intercity buses connect major attractions but are infrequent (1β2 per hour). Use Naver Maps for routes.
- Taxi: Available and reasonably priced. Jeju taxis are metered β no scams.
